Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and a9piso ("a9piso", "We", "Us", "the Platform"). The minimum age to register and use a9piso is 21 years old. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement imposed by PAGCOR as a condition of a9piso's operating licence under Philippine law.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the a9piso platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated at all times. a9piso reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any point during your account's lifetime.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9piso login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. a9piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact a9piso support immediately.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. a9piso may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Dormant accounts with zero balances may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
In compliance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions and the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), a9piso is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a verification review.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. a9piso does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your a9piso account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. a9piso is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or Philippine banking infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
a9piso reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether verification has been previously completed. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that belong to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
All account balances, transactions, and wagering activities on a9piso are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). a9piso does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider level is the sole responsibility of the player.
Player funds held at a9piso are maintained in accounts separate from the company's operational funds, in compliance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
a9piso offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer, which form part of and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
a9piso actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk strategies to systematically exploit bonus terms (such as placing opposite bets to reduce variance while completing wagering requirements), colluding with other players to benefit from promotional terms, and making deposits solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to participate in real-money gaming.
Where bonus abuse is identified, a9piso reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonuses, and permanently close the account involved without further notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the a9piso platform without express prior written consent from a9piso.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, a9piso's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the net real money deposits made by the player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be referred to a9piso's customer support team for resolution. a9piso is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through a9piso's internal complaints procedure, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available to all players of PAGCOR-licensed operators.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, where applicable, PAGCOR mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to bring a claim before the appropriate Philippine courts where required by law.
a9piso reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – such as those affecting players' rights, withdrawal conditions, or age eligibility requirements – a9piso will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the a9piso platform after any amendment to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
